PASTA Y BASTA ARTESANOS DEL SABOR S.A. was born in 1996 as a home made fabric that produced fresh pasta of excellent quality at her founder house.

It was she, who following the secret family recipe inherited by her Italian´s ancestors, created our known line of products. That´s how we started: by using household and artisan utensils

 That is why we have always based our production to offer delicious pasta, healthy and easy to prepare. We select our raw material to be fresh and of high quality.

In an effort to maintain our artisan pasta quality, our household utensils were substituted to a modern italian machinery, specially design to produce high quality pastas.

Our Pasta y Basta Co. personnel has been trained within Good Practices of Food Manufacture and regularely receives new trainings on HACCP norms to ensure a same product of a high quality.
